Meet Aaz & Amy

Aaz Ehmke and Amy O'Keeffe bring over 20 years each of experience in leadership roles working with some of the most successful women leaders, trailblazers, artists, and influencers in business. They specialize in corporate events, non-profit fundraisers and gatherings, retreats, unique celebrations, and managing non-profits and associations.

 

Past organizations they have worked with include:

  • C200: a global membership organization of preeminent C-suite businesswomen whose mission is to inspire, educate, support, and advance current and future women entrepreneurs and corporate, profit-center leaders.

  • The Network: a group of 40+ member organizations dedicated to improving the lives of those impacted by gender-based violence through education, public policy and advocacy, and connecting community members with direct service providers. 

  • Family Focus: an organization invests in strengthening families and their children in Chicago and NE Illinois so they build social capital and achieve upward economic mobility through high-quality innovative programs and services, grounded in anti-racism and social justice. 

  • Resilience: an independent, not-for-profit organization dedicated to the healing and empowerment of sexual assault survivors through non-judgmental crisis intervention counseling, individual and group trauma therapy, and medical and legal advocacy in the greater Chicago metropolitan area. Resilience provides public education and institutional advocacy in order to improve the treatment of sexual assault survivors and to effect positive change in policies and public attitudes toward sexual assault. 

  • All Souls’ Retreat: a retreat featuring some of the most renowned speakers, authors, manifesting experts, intuitives, and healers who share their inspirational stories, learnings, and divine wisdom.

Aaz Ehmke

Aaz Ehmke is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of A&A Productions & Consulting, LLC, and currently serves as Director of Development & Communications at The Network: Advocating Against Domestic Violence. In that role, they lead strategic fundraising and communications efforts to advance the organization’s mission.

Previously, Aaz held the position of Development & Database Manager at Resilience, a member agency of The Network, where they managed donor engagement, data systems, and fundraising strategy for three years. They began their nonprofit career as an intern at C200, a professional organization for executive-level businesswomen, eventually advancing to Director of Information Technology & Board Liaison.

With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, development, and operations, Aaz brings deep expertise in organizational strategy and a commitment to mission-driven work. Their decade-long background in nonprofit event planning, including galas, luncheons, and other fundraising events, also has given them a sharp eye for detail and logistics, ensuring the seamless execution of high-impact events.

Aaz is certified with 40-hour domestic violence training and 60-hour sexual assault crisis intervention training. Outside of their professional endeavors, they are an enthusiastic writer, dedicated crafter, and proud cat parent to three.

Amy O'Keeffe

Amy O’Keeffe is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of A&A Productions & Consulting, LLC,  a full-service nonprofit and event management consulting firm based in Chicago. A&A Productions specializes in all facets of nonprofit leadership and development, offering deep expertise in fundraising strategy, event planning and production (from intimate gatherings to large-scale galas), marketing and communications, and project management. The firm also provides customized support for corporate conferences, exclusive private events, and distinctive retreats.

 

Before launching A&A Productions, Amy held senior leadership roles at several prominent nonprofit and membership-based organizations. She spent over 15 years as Director of Membership at C200, a prestigious organization of women entrepreneurs and corporate leaders. Her other roles have included Director of Development, Interim Executive Director, and Chief External Officer at Resilience, the largest provider of sexual assault services in Chicagoland; and Major Gifts Officer at Family Focus, Illinois’s longest-standing family support organization.

 

Amy is recognized by peers and clients alike as a creative, strategic, and solutions-oriented leader, known for her dedication to organizational excellence and operational efficiency. Her entrepreneurial drive and deep commitment to mission-driven work inspired her to co-found A&A Productions & Consulting alongside a trusted colleague of more than 20 years.

Outside of her consulting work, Amy is passionate about personal growth and spiritual development. She is the co-founder and co-host of the All Souls’ Retreat, an annual gathering focused on living with purpose and abundance. She is also the author of an inspirational book and a proud member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG).

​

Amy studied at the University of Kansas and Columbia College Chicago and holds two Certificates of Completion from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy in Developing Major Gifts and Fundraising Campaigns: From Capital to Comprehensive.

A proud mother to a 27-year-old daughter—who shares her birthday—Amy lives by the motto: “The world is your oyster.
